Contribution Guidelines

A. Contributors

To contribute, please create your profile on the website, and then post your content. We welcome original content as well as cross-posting from your own blog or website. No plagiarized work, please.

Check that you meet these general guidelines: articles about cyber businesses (startups, online stores, freelancing, and the like), from 250 to 600 words, with subheads to organize the content. After reviewing your story, we’ll prepare the graphic that accompanies your work. We’ll notify you shortly after your story is published.

Important: Individual contributors retain copyright of their original work. Any liability arising from the use of this site is disclaimed by the contributors and publishers.

B. Advertisers

Cyberpreneur Philippines is a cross-media brand. Its printed counterpart is widely available in local bookstores and through Amazon.com. Our community includes founders, online sellers, freelancers, and other online entrepreneurs. To partner with us for events, videos/articles, or banner ads, email advertise@cyberpreneur.ph.

Using this blog

To personalize your blog

Go to your account settings by clicking on Account in the right sidebar. There you can see all available settings for you profile. We picked some interesting ones:

  • Set your full name and change how it will be displayed on public
  • Upload your own avatar
  • Write some biographical info about yourself
  • Share your social media channels (maximum of 4)

To write a blog post

  1. Click on the Add Post button in the right sidebar below your avatar. It will redirect you to admin where you can see a list of all your posts.New Post
  2. Next to the title there is a button for writing new one as shown in the picture.New Post
  3. When you’re done writing your post, click Submit for review. Our editorial board will review your post within 2 – 3 days. If it complies with our guidelines and standards, your blog post will be posted soon after.
